An animated film for Yad Vashem, intended for students in grades 5–7, depicting the story of author and Holocaust survivor Uri Orlev.
Born in 1931 in Warsaw, Uri was sent with his family to the ghetto at the outbreak of the war, along with the rest of the city's Jewish population. To cope with the harsh reality of life in the ghetto, Uri and his brother invented stories to escape into their imagination.
The film was produced in collaboration with the Ministry of Education's "Paths of Memory" program.
